Not so funny.

You might recall one of my previous posts which mentioned the love I have for my stroller.... Well we've had an incident since then...I still cant believe it happened! Yesterday I went to the mall with a friend and as we were waiting for the elevator, the front wheel (it's a 3 wheel stroller so the only wheel in front) just fell off! Jackson's infant seat tumbled to the ground! I was so scared I could hardly move. It wasn't a long or hard fall so fortunately he is totally fine. We couldn't figure out how to get the wheel back on so we had to carry Jackson and wheelbarrow the stoller out of the mall. Sounds funny, but it was not. I'm glad I had a friend there with me. I was a complete mess after that and couldn't stop shaking for like an hour. I keep thinking, what if he would have fallen out of the infant seat? Or what if it were to happen this summer when I start to take him running with me (which is actually what the stroller is supposed to be for!). Maybe it doesn't sound like that big of a deal, but it's not something you ever expect to happen. Come Monday morning, Bumbleride Stroller Co. will be getting a phone call from a very confused mom.
