Bath time

Whew! What a fun week we had. It started out with great grandma jean and grandma linda coming to visit. Then grandpa dave and uncle blake joined us for Easter weekend. (Im still getting used to all the new names and titles) We had a great time watching the Masters. We didnt do much, but then again that is our life right now :) A LOT of chillin at home with Jackson. Im sure Blake got a little bored, being that the only time we really made it out of the house was to a restaurant that is 5 minutes away, but he didnt show it at all. What a great uncle he is. Jackson is smiling more easily everyday and sometimes it seems he's almost ready to break out into laughter. I think it will be awhile before that happens, but we keep listening for it. Also in the past 2 weeks he has started to hold up his head without much help at all. Quite honestly, it is the little things in life that bring us the most joy lately. When I see Joel laughing at something new Jackson has done I am reminded that God is great and has prepared us for this time of our lives. I am overwhelmed with joy right now and am realizing more each day that being a mom is the most important and fulfilling job I have ever had.
